1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, and in the same condition you received it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Final sale or clearance items..
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email simplyseatpads@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to: Simply Seat Pads, 188 Prestbury Rd, Cheltenham, Glos, GL52 3ER
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order.
